4Walls is a privatley owned building company managed by Theo and Kelly Savvides. 4Walls prides itself on forming long-term relationships with Architectural firms and private clients to deliver high quality extensions, renovations, new homes and multi-unit developments. Our professional portfolio ranges from contemporary, luxury, bush/urban, to traditional period homes. Company Director, Theo Savvides was trained as a carpenter by his father; and embraces the work ethics and high quality workmanship of his fathers’ generation, where attention to detail and performing ‘to your word’ is paramount. Kelly Savvides manages Business Development, Marketing & Administration, leaving Theo to head-up the Operations team. This balanced approach ensures clients and architects alike receive strong delivery of technical building competence and on-site project management, supported with professional administration and commitment to customer service.
