We run a clean site

We treat your home with the same respect we treat our own. We do not permit smoking, foul language, or loud music on site. The site is maintained to a neat standard, and all subcontractors are required to clean up after themselves and leave no rubbish on site. Shoes are to be removed once floors are polished and/or carpet is laid (with no exceptions).

At all times, we consider the impact of your project on neighbours, and work with them to resolve any issues of concern they may have.

We believe good manners and common consideration are a ‘must have’ not a ‘nice to have’.

Communication

We believe most (if not all) issues can be avoided with frequent and clear communication between client, architect and the builder. We communicate regularly and specifically so the project progresses smoothly with ‘no surprises’ for all parties.

Planning

The value of sound planning cannot be under-estimated in a successful construction project. We ensure client and architect are aware of any decisions that need to be made in a timely manner so the project is not held up, and people are not put under unnecessary pressure or deadlines. We aim to keep one step ahead of the game so there are no annoying ‘bottle-necks’.
