4Walls uses plain english building contracts
4Walls uses Plain English Building Contracts issued by the Housing Industry Association. These contracts are written in easy to understand language, with no comprehensive legal jargon. They also include checklists of things to do before you sign the contract, so you are well protected and informed of your legal rights.
4Walls guarantees a fixed price
4Walls gives you a fixed price contract so you can stay in control of your finances and construction budget.
If the client decides to make changes to the project scope once the contract is signed, 4Walls always provides a Variation Estimate for client approval prior to proceeding. The Variation Estimate details the exact cost involved to implement the specific change you have requested. Only once the Variation is signed by the Client will 4Walls proceed with the change to scope of works. At all times, the client has financial control of the project.
4Walls guarantees our workmanship
4Walls provide our clients with a defect liability period where we will repair or replace anything covered in the building contract if required. Additionally, we offer a 6 year structural guarantee on all our new homes. And of course, we provide ongoing maintenance support to our clients, so you have peace of mind that the builder maintaining your home has an intimate knowledge of how it is built and it's custom requirements.
